Here’s something you should know before you purchase your pedicure chair.
That’s great news! That means your pedicure chair will be lovingly crafted - just for you.
The manufacturer will upholster the chair and assemble your base, including any options you choose, making sure you get exactly what you want.
When you place an order with us, we will ask the manufacturer to start building your custom pedicure chair. When it’s finished, they will ship it directly to you.
Of course, before it’s shipped to you, the manufacturer will take the time to make sure that your chair is just right.
Pedicure spas do take time to build.
If you can, make sure you order your pedicure spa with time to spare.
Some companies are faster than others, but generally they take about 1-2 weeks to build. Shipping will take about 4-8 business days, depending on your location.
Usually, your order will arrive at your door within 2-3 weeks of your order.
When we place your order with the manufacturer, they will give us an estimated ship date, which of course we’ll share with you.
Of all the manufacturers, J&A and Continuum have the most consistent lead times, and often ship within just a few days of starting assembly. You shouldn’t count on those times, but they’re often on the quicker side of the estimate.
Of course, lead time can vary depending how busy the manufacturer is, and how large your order is.
Spring and fall are usually the busiest seasons for the salon furniture industry, so plan on building some extra time into your schedule if you’re ordering during those months. The extra wait shouldn’t be much longer, maybe a week or two.
If you’re concerned that you might not meet your deadline, feel free to ask us for an ETA. We’re happy to help any way we can.
