What if something goes wrong with the chair and it doesn’t work?
Don’t worry! The manufacturer has your back.
If there are any issues with your pedicure chair, the manufacturer’s warranty will cover it.
I’ll be completely honest.
Some of our customers have had issues with their spas. But they’ve all had quick solutions under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Simply contact us and we’ll solve your problem or put you in touch with the person who will.
If it’s a simple thing, like a remote that doesn’t work, we’ll have the manufacturer ship you a new one. You don’t need to do anything.
We don’t make the chairs ourselves, so if it’s complicated we’ll have you talk to the manufacturer’s support team directly. You’ll have a faster solution than if we were to relay messages back and forth.
While all of our pedicure chairs are under warranty, some manufacturers are FAR easier and faster to solve problems.
On the rare occasion shipping damage does happen.
If any of your items do get damaged in shipping, we’ll make sure that they’re quickly fixed or replaced.
You’ll need to inspect your delivery carefully to claim the shipping insurance. This is very important, and we’ll send you instructions, so please check your email.
None of our customers have ever had damaged items that weren’t quickly fixed or replaced.
