It has a motorized lift system with a full reclining ability controlled by one-touch reclining technology. Pair the seating technician position with the ergonomic, tiltable Yume Espoir stool that's designed to relieve stress on stylists/technician’s spines and other high pressure areas, making them feel more comfortable while performing services. The Yume IXI also has a foot control switch that enables quick adjustments of the chair recline to the most suitable position while the customer’s head stays fully supported. The chair is upholstered in high-resilience, durable vinyl that is easy to clean and maintain, making cleaning up after sessions a breeze.   

Built for exceptional relaxation, the Yume IXI chair has an open form that readily invites customers to relax. It features webbing technology in the seat cushioning that gives customers a wrap-around comfort similar to the one felt when sleeping. By employing seat cushions that use webbing technology to fit themselves to a customer’s body, the Yume IXI can comfortably accommodate customers of all sizes. It gives every customer just the right amount of support needed to lie back smoothly and comfortably into the shampoo position. A series of independent belts support the seat cushioning; each belt takes in and disperses the body weight applied to different chair parts at varying angles, giving customers superb seating comfort. The neck cushion is specifically designed for use with the recliner style; it supports a customer’s neck and head at three points, effectively reducing neck strain and ensuring a truly comfortable shampoo experience. To top it all off, the Yume IXI comes with a slide-out footstep to make it easier for customers to smoothly get in and out of the chair and sit comfortably.  

The Yume IXI shampoo station has an easy-to-use bowl design; the shower head is located at the back of the bowl, making it easy to shampoo customers from any position. There’s also a thermostat tap on the right side of the bowl to adjust the water temperature and a water flow tap on the left side. The adjustable shower head offers one-touch switching between a gentle low-splash foaming mode and a high-pressure shower mode. The neck cushion is removable, creating more space for customers wearing perm rods for easier shampooing. The drain cap opens and closes with a quick turn allowing the stylist to easily save or drain water. The new design also allows water to drain more quietly than previously possible. Kindly note that the drain cap should be removed from the bowl when not used for a long period.
