Aria Chairs is an authorized distributor. Every unit we sell comes with a manufacturer-backed limited warranty, and we're your point of contact for it all. You come to us, we open the claim with the manufacturer, submit everything they need, and follow it through on your behalf. Coverage decisions rest with the manufacturer.
Three different situations are handled three different ways:
- Shipping damage. The unit was damaged between the factory and your door. That's a freight claim, and it's time-sensitive.
- Warranty. The unit arrived intact, but a part failed or turned out to be defective. That's a warranty claim.
- Return. Nothing's wrong with it, it just isn't what you wanted. Different terms apply.
Contact us either way. We'll tell you which one you've got and take it from there.
Warranty - What's covered
Coverage begins on the delivery date and applies to the original purchaser. {{TRANSFERABLE}}

Parts, not labor
This is a parts warranty. Covered components are repaired or replaced at no charge. Labor, service calls, and technician time are not included. If a repair requires a plumber, an electrician, or a service technician, you arrange and pay for that work. We supply the covered parts and the documentation your contractor needs.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Heavy, excessive, or commercial use beyond the product's rating.
- Abuse, accidents, neglect, tampering, or modification.
- Damage from mishandling or improper installation.
- Damage from harsh chemical cleaners.
- Cosmetic issues, including fading, staining, and tears in upholstery.
- Parts that are consumable or normally replaced with use.
Installation on plumbed and electrical equipment
This applies to pedicure spas, shampoo stations, and backwash units, head spa and shampoo beds, and anything else that connects to water, a drain, or power. These must be installed by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician. Damage caused by improper installation isn't covered, so keep your installation paperwork.

Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. If there's visible damage, write "Damage" on the freight slip before you sign it, and contact us within 24 hours. If you find a problem after unboxing, tell us within 72 hours and keep the original packaging. Shipping damage is a freight claim and is handled separately from warranty.
How to file a claim
- Email hello@ariachairs.com or call 1-888-454-ARIA (2742).
- Send your order number, the model, the serial number (usually on a label on the base or frame), and photos or a short video of the fault.
- We submit the claim to the manufacturer and let you know what's been approved. We'll keep you posted while it's open.
- Approved parts ship out, and we track them through to resolution.
- If a claim is denied, we explain why and outline the options, including a paid repair or buying the part outright.
Report anything missing, damaged, or faulty as soon as you find it. Most manufacturers require it within 7 days of delivery. Warranty service needs an RMA number from us before anything is returned.
Returns are separate
Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item? That's a return, not a warranty claim, and different terms apply. See Shipping & Returns.
Out of warranty
Out of warranty, or need a part that isn't covered? Contact us anyway. We can usually source parts and arrange service.
