Tecnodent Linda Evo Electric Knee-Break Treatment Chair
The Tecnodent Linda Evo is a compact electric knee-break treatment chair for dental and medical environments. Its standard configuration includes synchronized backrest and legrest movement, a double-articulated Vale headrest, three programmable positions, a return-to-zero reset button, rinse positioning, low-voltage controls, and smooth soft-start and soft-stop movement.
Linda Evo is the latest development of Tecnodent’s longstanding Linda 3 platform. It preserves the compact footprint, clean lines, seated accessibility, and straightforward operation of the original knee-break concept while incorporating updated movement technology and a contemporary split-section design.
Designed for Seated Entry and Flexible Positioning
The Linda Evo begins as an upright treatment chair, allowing patients to approach and sit without first climbing onto a flat table. Its knee-break geometry supports convenient entry and can be particularly useful in practices serving children, older adults, and people who may have difficulty accessing a conventional treatment table.
During recline, movement of the backrest is synchronized with extension of the legrest. The compensated backrest can move toward a horizontal treatment position while the seat adjusts through its tilt range, allowing the chair to transition from upright consultation seating to a reclined treatment platform.
Smooth, Controlled Electromechanical Movement
Powered upward, downward, and backrest movements are controlled from a joystick located on the chair base. Low-voltage controls, Hall-sensor limit switches, and soft-start and soft-stop operation support smooth transitions and controlled final positioning.
Safety stops are incorporated at the backrest and lifting arm. The chair’s symmetrical design allows it to be arranged for either right- or left-handed clinical workflows without requiring a specific treatment-room orientation.
Programmable Workflow Positions
Three customized working positions can be stored for frequently used chair settings. A zero program returns the chair to its lowered patient-entry position, while the automatic rinse program raises the patient and then returns the chair to the last working position.
The high, enveloping backrest and standard double-articulated Vale headrest provide adjustable support in both upright and reclined positions. Split-section upholstery contributes to the chair’s compact knee-break movement and contemporary appearance.
